3 Days Ol Pejeta Conservancy Safari
Safari Overview
This is a 3 Days safari to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Ol Pejeta is a 3-hour drive from Nairobi. It lies on the Equator and boasts of wonderful views of Mt Kenya. The Conservancy houses Kenya’s largest population of Black Rhino, large numbers of elephant, cheetah, lion, leopard, African wild dog and plentiful plains game. The conservancy also has a number of the rare Northern species such as Grevys Zebra, Jackson’s Hartebeest and Beisa Oryx. Ol Pejeta Conservancy also permits night game drives which focus on species not seen during day game drives. You will stay at Sweetwaters Serena Camp. Sweetwaters Serena Camp offers an elegant experience amid the breathtaking natural beauty of Ol Pejeta Conservancy. The camp offers an amazing wildlife viewing experience from the comfort of your rooms.
You will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel/Airport and Depart for your Ol Pejeta safari at 7.00 am. At the Equator, you will have a brief stopover for photo taking. You arrive at the camp in the afternoon in time for lunch. Late in afternoon you visit the Ol Pejeta Conservancy for an afternoon game drive. You are likely to see chimpanzees and other wild animals in the parts of the conservancy. In the evening drive back to your camp for dinner and overnight stay. Lunch, dinner and overnight stay at Sweetwaters Serena Camp.
You will wake up to an early morning game drive before returning to your camp for breakfast. After breakfast return to the conservancy for a full day adventure with packed lunch boxes. Ol Pejeta Conservancy prides itself to hosting the largest black rhino in East Africa and houses two of the remaining Northern white rhinos in the world. During your adventure you may also spot variety of animals like zebra buffalo, giraffe and plains game during the game drive. In the evening drive back to your camp for dinner and overnight stay. Breakfast, Lunch, dinner and overnight stay at Sweetwaters Serena Camp.
On this last day at the conservancy, wake up to a sumptuous breakfast before driving back to Nairobi. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel/Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to board your flight back home. Breakfast at Sweetwaters Serena Camp.
