Safari Overview
This is a 2 Days safari to Tsavo East National Park. Tsavo East is a 2-3 hours’ drive from Mombasa. The park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is hosts most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust – Rhino, buffalo, lion, red elephant, leopard, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk, pods of hippo, crocodile, and bird life with around 500 recorded species. Tsavo East also boasts of the 300-kilometer-long Yatta Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world not to mention the dust-red elephant wallowing, rolling and spraying each other with the waters of Galana River. You will stay at Ashnil Aruba Lodge. Located in the heart of Tsavo East National Park is Ashnil Aruba Lodge. The lodge is located on the banks of Aruba Dam.
You will be picked from your Mombasa Hotel/Airport and Depart for your Tsavo East National Park safari at 7.00 am. Arrive at your lodge just in time for lunch. In the afternoon drive to the park for a game drive. Tsavo East National Park is famously known for its dust-covered red elephants and maneless lions. The Park offers a magical wild experience of watching different wildlife species. In the evening drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay. This being your last day in Tsavo East, wake up to a sumptuous breakfast before driving back to Mombasa. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel/to the airport to board your flight back home. Breakfast at Ashnil Aruba Lodge
